About this studio

The class alternates every 15 minutes between intervals on industry-leading Woodway® treadmills and strength training on the floor with TRX®, Dynamax balls, body bars, free weights, etc. Dim lighting, DJ spun music, personalized TVs, and energetic instructors make blasting calories fun! You pick your intensity as we guide you through this fat burning, muscle building class designed for ALL levels.

A good workout, but the instructor wasn’t that helpful for new people. She just kind of threw us in the deep end, the treadmills we had to kind of figure out, the girl next to me had to show me. Honestly the instructor should learn to say what muscle you are working so you aren’t over working certain muscles on leg and butt day. That be helpful

Not a fan of them cramming the 13th Bench back in the corner literally inches from the treadmill. I understand maximizing space but that’s is not an acceptable workout area, class was ok, instructor was nice and energetic but the music was awful =(

Nice lady but her cues were completely off. Floor, threads, and music all out of sync. Speed went up to 9 or incline 7 but she didn't cue.
