About this studio

The class alternates every 15 minutes between intervals on industry-leading Woodway® treadmills and strength training on the floor with TRX®, Dynamax balls, body bars, free weights, etc. Dim lighting, DJ spun music, personalized TVs, and energetic instructors make blasting calories fun! You pick your intensity as we guide you through this fat burning, muscle building class designed for ALL levels.

Really great workout! This was my first class, I am not a runner, but I thoroughly enjoyed the workout! I thought instructor s cues as well as display on the treadmill were very clear. Too bad I didnt try this earlier. Also the front desk is extremely friendly.

What is ClassPass?
