About this studio

The class alternates every 15 minutes between intervals on industry-leading Woodway® treadmills and strength training on the floor with TRX®, Dynamax balls, body bars, free weights, etc. Dim lighting, DJ spun music, personalized TVs, and energetic instructors make blasting calories fun! You pick your intensity as we guide you through this fat burning, muscle building class designed for ALL levels.

Be prepared to sweat, as this class definitely gets your heart rate up with those treadmill intervals. Class is true as advertised - cardio intervals on the treadmill with strength intervals in between. If you are looking for a mix of strength and cardio, this is a good class. I would say I got more of an ab workout than an arm workout (this is an ab and arm class), and I am very happy with that. I would say the class skews more cardio than strength, also not a bad thing but a good thing to know if youre considering the class. All in all, a good mix of strength and cardio

Great workout! Not for beginners. Fast paced and you need basic knowledge of weight lifting. Will be back!

It was a bit confusing at the start though the staff did try to lessen that experience but once I figured it all out (about 5 minutes in) I really enjoyed it.

A good workout but I have to say that this instructor has a very mocking and oddly distrustful attitude towards us in the class, as if we are too lazy and stupid to take it -- but we are here and happy to do whatever you tell us! Please don't be so frustrated with us Carly.
