About this studio

Three Queens Yoga is an alignment based yoga studio that fuses a love for an aligned and engaged asana practice with an intelligent vinyasa flow. Home of Best of Philly 2017: "Namaslay with Adriana" and Three Queens' owner Mariel Freeman's signature Ballin'. Classes feature smart biomechanics, creative sequencing, and prop-supported practices perfect for every level of student in an empowered and uplifting environment that supports the true teacher in us all.

How to prepare

Three Queens Yoga is an all-inclusive yoga experience. Amenities include Manduka yoga mats free for use, first come first serve, Essentia water for sale, and a purified water filtration system if you bring your own bottle. Three Queens Yoga uses balsa wood blocks, provided straps, blankets, and is known for tennis ball fascia work in many classes with owner Mariel Freeman. Come dressed to sweat, play and enjoy your practice.

How to get there

Three Queens Yoga is located at 4th and Monroe Street in historic Queen Village. There is street metered parking, and a paid parking lot on 5th and Bainbridge.

Love love love this studio! Teacher was great, although I was expecting more of a breath linked flow with booking this class. It was more of a slow flow. Super challenging with lots of strength building opportunities.
