About this studio

They are a neutral spine barre fitness studio specializing in a fusion of barre, yoga, and pilates. Small isometric moves and low impact cardio will help strengthen, tone, and elongate the muscles for a sleek physique! They have over 15 certified master instructors in the Barre Amped method so you are guaranteed to get top-notch, form-focused classes and tactile corrections. They offer everything from classic barre to bootcamp, tabata, hiit, buti yoga, UGi fit, and classic yoga. 615 512 5006

How to prepare

Bring a water bottle and barre grippy socks if desired. The studio sells these items if you prefer. Wear yoga tights, pants, or shorts as well as a fitted top so instructors can help see and correct your form as necessary. They provide mats, weights, and stretching straps.

They are located in Berry Farms community off the Peytonsville/Goose Creek Exit off 65, across from Tito's and next door to Berry Farm's Chiropractic.
