About this studio

They are a neutral spine barre fitness studio specializing in a fusion of barre, yoga, and pilates. Small isometric moves and low impact cardio will help strengthen, tone, and elongate the muscles for a sleek physique! They have over 15 certified master instructors in the Barre Amped method so you are guaranteed to get top-notch, form-focused classes and tactile corrections. They offer everything from classic barre to bootcamp, tabata, hiit, buti yoga, UGi fit, and classic yoga.

How to prepare

Bring a water bottle and barre grippy socks if desired. The studio sells these items if you prefer. Wear yoga tights, pants, or shorts as well as a fitted top so instructors can help see and correct your form as necessary. They provide mats, weights, and stretching straps.

How to get there

They are located in Berry Farms community off the Peytonsville/Goose Creek Exit off 65, across from Tito's and next door to Berry Farm's Chiropractic.

What is ClassPass?
