Sweat is a one-of-a-kind workout designed with intent to focus on different muscle groups each day in different formats to ensure you never get board. Sweat is designed for any fitness level with the ability to scale each workout to get you the best workout for you. Your 60min Sweat class combines intense intervals with innovative low-impact training movements, heavy strength training, and cardio driven movements in a variety of formats including circuit training, intervals, AMRAPs, tabatas and more. Be ready to use equipment such as dumbbells, kettles, bars, treads, rowers and so much more and most of all, be ready to Sweat.

Great class and the trainer was super motivating

Jamie is a good instructor. She made her way through the entire class almost every round to check form and give encouragement. The workout structure wasn't for me, but it is popular and the equipment is in decent shape.

The soundtrack in this class was fire. High energy and high intensity. Definitely a good workout with a good mix of cardio and strength

I don’t love the :45/:15 layout as much as doing one exercise at a time and being done with it for the workout. Andrea was tough and encouraging though

Great instructor but the class was a little too full and not really a style I was into. Short intervals and tabata, felt like I couldn’t really get into the moves with all of the switching around and you only get instructions in the beginning so a bit hard to remember.

Effective workout that left me feeling great. I would have liked to learn proper form on a few moves/equipment prior to starting, but will work on that next time.

Unique stations that incorporate all muscle groups so good total body workout. Work w partners so can go w a friend or work w someone new. Not much knowledgable feedback on individual form and ways to modify from instructor, felt feedback was limited to "good job". As a nurse, and a germaphobe, gotta comment that the "sanatizing" wipes we used to help clean off equipment were essentially Kleenex:( Overall, good routines, get what you put into it, and would go back, but not above and beyond.

Vince is awesome. Really motivating. Super tough workout today but he encouraged us to make modifications or change up the exercises as needed

What is ClassPass?
