    RHYTHM RIDE 45

She made it super fun! Class flew by so quickly. I have one complaint not related to instructor, I miss those tablets. It was much more easy and convenient to see numbers and stats rather than guesstimate. I hope they’ll bring them back

    HI DEF 60

This is my favorite class. I feel so good afterwards. The instructor does a great job of motivating everyone and making you feel like you’re strong, powerful, and will sucede. There is a reason it sells out….because it’s awesome!!!

    HI DEF 60

I found this class EXTREMELY hard. I have done high def 60 before and have found it manageable but this was a massive challenge. I absolutely loved the instructor, so tough but very motivational. I felt incredible afterwards. Very very hot so hydrate beforehand!

Naz brings the energy EVERY time! I literally smile on the bike in all of their classes. They find different ways to incorporate the members in the class and make it fun - whether it’s clapping or having people decide what move we will do next. You also move every muscle and do extra obliques and arms opposed to just one arm song. Amazing music every class too. Obsessed

Isaac is amazing as always!! I found the crowd to be really disrespectful to him when he was trying to explain the bike to everyone. Even if you know what youre doing respect the people around you who might care to give the instructor well earned attention.

    BARRE

I was unsure about SALT as someone who went to many Dailey method classes. I assumed they would be the same, but theyre not. SALT is much harder and faster-paced than Dailey classes were. Sometimes too fast and not enough explanation for beginners but overall I was impressed with this class. Julia was awesome

My first time here and the staff was so friendly and welcoming! They make sure everyone is set up before class and brought towels around. The bike monitors are slow to show when you change your resistance which they warned me about me about class started, but was a little cumbersome during the ride.

Frank is the best! I've never been to a spin class where people actually clap for the instructor outside of his class. He motivates you to do your best but is also relatable during challenging parts of his class. I love his music as well!

First of all it was super easy to book through ClassPass and I got my locker decorated as a welcome surprise from the girls. They are also very nice and attentive. I loved my cycling shoes that they provide for the ride as well as the help that they give you clipping into your bike and setting it up to your height. Also at the end of the class someone steps in to make sure that you get off the bike OK. I really enjoyed it and I will be coming back.

What an amazing studio! I love the way it is decorated (doesnt feel like your standard, blah equipment and spaces, there are unique touches!) and the front desk staff member and instructor were very friendly. Ive never done anything like this class before. Basically you are attached to an elastic harness on the wall and do all kind of cardio drills from it. Its only 30 minutes but it seriously packs a punch! Wow.

This class doesnt stop! The high energy muscle group focused workout is amazing! I am always sore after class and always work up a sweat! I do wish they gave more time between classes so you can get your equipment and stretch. Why cant they have a board to tell you what equipment is needed instead of solely relying on the instructor to tell us? Overall, a great class, cant wait to come back.
