About this studio

Being fit and dedicating part of each day to physical activity is hard work, and to some, it is perceived as an unattainable goal. Studio Laurus helps to dispel that myth. They help you set a series of attainable goals, be accountable, define rewards, and encourage you to put yourself first more often. We are located in Curtis Park, next to Paula V's Salon and have ample parking.

How to prepare

Water bottle, towel, dress in layers. If attending Yoga, bring your own mat. There are a few mats available to use, but it's preferable to bring your own.

How to get there

Entrance to the studio is on 24th St. Take 24th St, towards Curtis Park, drive PAST Cafe Dantorels and the Sierra 2 Center, the street will change into Crocker Dr, stay on it. Make a left on Donner and then a quick RIGHT back on to 24th St, we're at the corner of 24th and 10th. Our studio is right next to the new Curtis Park Village and the bridge that connects to Sac City College

The class was faced pace moving from kettlebells to TRX. Travis was helpful in explaining in each move and giving feedback on proper positioning. Definitely sweated and was sore for the next few days!!

What is ClassPass?
