However I am not a fan of split squats, they tweak my hurt knee. It would be helpful to offer some alternatives :)

She put up a cute sign welcoming us to the studio, made sure we felt comfortable getting strapped into the bikes, checked in on us multiple times throughout the class, and followed up to see how we liked it after. I really appreciated the thought and attention she gave us! And, the music she picked for class was so good, which was a huge bonus!

The class space was a bit cramped, however I love that all the Yogis in the class respected each others space in class. see all reviewsI like coming here because it’s the closest location to my home but the instructor quality varies. With this instructor I wish that her instruction are not as clear and descriptive. Sometimes her instructions are only “we’re going to switch to Peter pans” and then goes to help other people individually. I wish she would state the exercise and then go into the exact positioning on the feet and then move into the reps. I’ve taken only 5 classes but don’t have this problem with other instructors. Overall I still want to attend but maybe I’ll have more compatibility with other instructors
