About this studio

Studio 51st is a local boutique fitness studio in The Nations neighborhood of West Nashville. Join us for Spinning®, Spin®+ Sculpt, Bounce, Bounce+Sculpt, BarreAmped and Dance Cardio classes. 887-0672

How to prepare

Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. For Spin class, wear hard soled shoes or cycling shoes with SPD clips, a water bottle and towel. For Dance Cardio, wear tennis shoes or go barefoot. For BarreAmped and Bounce classes, socks are not required.

How to get there

Studio 51st is on 51st Ave. N. in The Nations. Park in their lot in front of the studio, across the street in the empty lot, or along 51st Ave.

Music kept messing up during cycle, and instructor was pausing didnt feel like I got the whole work out. During strength class music could have been a little more up beat and instructor more engaging. Will give another shot

First Bounce class, and it was great. The instructor, Abby, was very friendly and encouraging. It's a fun workout with lots of cardio in addition to pilates/sculpting.

I loved this studio and this class! I like how there are only 11 bikes nicely spaced out and not over crowded like most spin classes. The music was fun and the class was challenging!

What is ClassPass?
