Lindsey was amazing! Very energetic and helpful with her directions. Will def be back!
Total Body with Derick
Derrick is a great instructor and a great motivator. His classes are always challenging. One suggestion I have for him is to preview the runs a little more. A couple time during class, I thought we were done with pushed only to hear him describe another 90 second or two minute push. For me, it's helpful to know what to expect than to be surprised and less motivated as a result.

I enjoyed the fast pace of the class, however, it was difficult to hear the instructions over the music. The treadmill speed increases were also difficult to manage because it was not clear how many changes we could expect (didn’t know if we should be at a jog, quick, sprint pace as levels were not established). Also too many people in the class to ensure proper form and/or provide modifications for injuries when working on floor intervals.

Although I am not a “runner” the class was easy to tailor to my abilities and still able to be challenging.

I’m 6 months pregnant and Abbie gave great personalized modifications that were still challenging!

Good workout!! I definitely sweat a bunch and my heart rate average was 142 bpm. Plus I covered over two miles in the running sections. Wish the programming was a bit more inventive on the floor but it was solid.

What is ClassPass?
