Nice enthusiastic teacher but the floor exercise portion felt disjointed and unorganized.

Only giving three stars because I had a good workout on the treads but Kara is rude and not welcoming like the other instructors. Also, the floor moves were too complicated for a class setting and her instructions were unclear, so I dont feel like I did any effective moves on the floor. Wont take her class again.
