How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class. They have a purified water cooler available for refills. If attending an Aerial Hammocks class please wear pants that cover the backs of the knees and a shirt that covers the underarms. No jewelry or clothing with zippers is permitted.

such a great class and teacher!!!
Level 1: Hula Hoop Fitness (Studio A) with LaTia
This class was significantly based in learning hula hoop tricks, and not focused on fitness. It was an interesting class, but I don’t think I burned many calories.

Really nice instructor, studio and group of people. Just not really a fitness class. Not ideal for if youre looking to sweat.

Great class to cover the basics. There is a lot more stretching in this class than other barre classes Ive taken but thats a good thing

Great workout!
Intro to Aerial Hammocks (Studio A; Co-Ed) with Natalie
Natalie was a great instructor. Aerial hammocks are not something everyone is comfortable with and its definitely not something I had ever done before. Natalie made sure everyone was able to keep up at a comfortable pace and was really helpful. This class was fun and engaging and I cant wait to take it again. Additionally, even though I suffer from lower back pain I didnt feel as if the poses were too difficult or too uncomfortable for me. Any time I was uncomfortable I just took things a little slower. Great class!!

This was a really fun class!

Instructor was very nice and welcoming but this is really geared toward beginners. Lots of downtime, I didnt feel like I was challenged.

Around the Bend (Studio A; Co-Ed) with Mandy
This class was just what I needed. Mandy has great energy and each stretch was perfect preparation for deeper flexibility. Definitely will be back!

What is ClassPass?
