Hip Hop Vinyasa with Hannah
Loved the music, her personality and knowledge of alignment but the class itself was not the fast paced intense workout as described, and felt there was too much talking/demonstrating throughout rather than movement.
Vinyasa (Open Level) with Dana
Dana is an amazing yoga teacher and does a great job at adjusting to the class’s pace! Incredible class!
Vinyasa (Open Level) with Claire

Hip Hop Vinyasa with Rachel
It was a good yoga class, but not the workout I was expecting
Vinyasa (Open Level) with Alicia
alicia's class was amazing! a perfect example of what an open level class should be, with encouragement and options for all levels of yoga experience. and it was fun and relaxing, too!
Vinyasa (Intermediate) with Madeleine
Nice class. Teacher was very sweet. Wasn't as difficult as I'd like for a Level 2-3, but enjoyable nonetheless.
Dynamic Vinyasa Flow with Gabrielle
Session was good, packed in a bit too tightly though. Think they should cap at lower numbers
Strong Vinyasa with Gabrielle
Love this class. Is suggestion based and was challenging, as always.
Vinyasa (Open Level) with Janice
Great class! I know she was a sub but I’d love if she had a regular class.
