Margaret was fabulous, and as a first-timer at the studio, I appreciated her extra attention. The class is more aerobic than other reformer classes and less about holding poses, so you probably burn more calories (lots of sweat) and focus less on muscle failure, but I liked the combination of both. Ill definitely feel it tomorrow, and will be back!
