Loved the class! Was easy to follow as a beginner and was fun!
Contemporary Dance Fitness (1624 South St) with Kayla
This class was so inspiring and Kayla was so kind, she's very good and helps everyone feeling comfortable. I'll definitely come back next Wednesday for dance fitness
BalletEXTREME (1624 South St) with Beverly
This class uses ballet steps as a workout, but it’s by no means a technique class (which the instructor did clarify at the beginning). It’s clear that you have to attend a few classes to get the exercises - it was difficult to hear the teacher and get enough time to invest in the steps to get a great workout for me.
POUND Fitness (1624 South St) with Maureen
I look forward to Pound Fridays all week!! Thank I❤️Pound!
BalletEXTREME (1624 South St) with Beverly
Fun workout but moves too fast for beginners
Response from the studio:
Thanks for your feedback. Most of our classes are geared towards a variety of dance fitness levels. We'd recommend trying some of our other less intense classes. Hope to see you back again soon!

POUND Fitness (1624 South St) with Maureen
Good class to have fun and dance so you get to do a little bit of cardio but its not intense enough to burn a lot of calories or even tone muscle but it’s still fun though so good for people who are new to cardio and want to do an easy fun class
Barre Fit (1301 Locust St.) with Lee-Ann
