About this studio

Dimmed lighting and thumping music set the intensity level and mood within the bag room. Individually numbered tear drop water filled heavy bags have been custom-built for the Pepper Boxing experience; one dedicated bag per client—no doubling up. The heavy bags have been configured to create a circle with one bag in the middle. Your coach will be front and center to every participant. Athletes will have the luxury of emulating their highly capable instructor over an inexperienced neighbor. Your individual space and privacy ensures one of the finest workouts Nashville has to offer.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing and be ready to sweat. They encourage everything from tank tops and sports bras to your comfy sweats. Make sure to bring supportive sneakers. Water bottles and towels are the only personal items allowed in the studio. Pepper Boxing offers custom quick wraps and custom leather boxing gloves to all clients. Simply drop your gear in the bin post session and they will sanitize to insure cleanliness. Boxers also have the option to buy their own quick wraps and gloves should they desire.

I have gone to this studio and havent had an issue until my class tonight. Absolutely nothing to do with the instructor, just studio issues: A - someone came in and filmed the group mid workout. The LAST thing I want is footage of me out there mid workout and I dont remember signing any kind of release saying I was okay with this? B - I understand studios arent always going to be 100% clean but my equipment tonight (gloves and wraps) smelled like straight up FEET when I got them.

We are sorry you had this issue. A. You did sign that release when you signed the Waiver (Please Read The Waiver). If you have an issue with being "filmed" you may request that we leave you out of our posts. B. Our equipment is cleaned with hospital grade sanitizers to ensure this never happens. You are the first to EVER complain about this. Are you sure you took your gloves from the "Clean" bin and not the "Used"? C. Always such a fantastic class! Ben is such a great boxing coach and encouraging yoga instructor. FYI, Pepper needs to update their description of the Sunday class, which is not 90 minutes, but 50.
