Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga with Christy
1st time at this studio. Christy was amazing. The instructions were clear to follow w/ modifications offered. The energy in the room was indescribably perfect. Great music & volume. Temperature was great- definitely pouring down sweat. Bring your own mat, towel, & water (or pay extra to rent/buy). I’m so glad I went!

Good workout. Definitely a tough class, but you can take it at your own pace and/or modify some moves. Small class sizes so you’re not right up against another person’s mat.

This class was intense, its only 30 minutes but it's really hard work and I could tell that my abs are going to be soar tomorrow
