It was a substitute instructor and she was not very enthusiastic. Plus the music was very low so it made the class not feel energizing

Kenna was great, super upbeat and gave excellent corrections on form. The class was tough! We had a nice warmup but I wish there was a guided cooldown/stretch at the end.

Kenna is a great instructor. Class is similar to Shred/Orange Theory but not as difficult and not as boujee. Entrance is around the back of the building. Old school treadmills, one of them was marked as being the "wrong speed" - arrive early so you don't get stuck on that one.
