Tough, but great!

Felt like it was mailed in a little bit. Class should be limited to 10 max given theres usually 10 stations and just not enough space to spread out. Enjoyed the parking lot warmup at least. Tiffanys class 2 weeks ago was different from any other class Ive taken and I loved it, so this was kind of a let down w so much cardio. Supposed to be heavy lifts w little rest for max muscle destruction / rebuild opps.

Great workout! Love this studio and Tiffany is very motivating. Im not a runner, so the class was a good challenge. Shed specify an incline, but the pace was based on our max

These instructors are getting lazier with their routines. There is no stretch at the end of any class & when having asked for modifications there any never any offered. Its disappointing.

Structured and well planned out. Kenna focuses on form, unlike when I go to Shred. Great, safe workout. Loved the one rotation on the treadmill.

Kenna is great! The studio is in the backside of the building. you access it via the alley and back parking lot.

What is ClassPass?
