About this studio
Neighborhood Barre is truly a local exercise studio with a neighborhood feel. The studio creates a positive, nurturing environment that makes all levels of fitness feel right at home. The atmosphere is laid back, classes are taken at your own pace, and the instructors are ‘real’ people who know you. NB classes are about discovering and using muscles that aren’t typically worked during exercise (think hips, hamstrings, inner thighs, outer seat), with a constant focus on core. Exercises are low-impact and modifiable, and adjustments are given to increase or reduce your intensity. You’ll notice defined, lean muscles, less cellulite, lower stress, and more energy and flexibility. The studio offers the perfect blend of strength training, cardio and stretching. How to prepare
Come dressed in comfortable clothing - yoga pants/leggings are recommended. They are a barefoot studio but you may wear grippy socks if you prefer. How to get there
We're located off Franklin Rd, next to BurgerFi and Boardroom Salon in the CityPark Shopping Center in Brentwood. The CityPark Shopping Center is across the street from Fresh Market, Puffy Muffin, and REI. Limited street parking is available directly in front of the studio, with plenty of parking lot spaces adjacent and behind the studio. Call if you get lost at 615-645-1153. The peak shopping center hours are typically lunch hours seven days a week, so give yourself an extra five minutes if you take lunch-time, or early afternoon classes.
