Flowing from the center of the body, Pilates provides overall strength, along with a sense of calmness and internal focus. Utilizing Pilates apparatus (Cadillac Table, Chair, and Reformer) Marathon Pilates Nashville offers a variety of options, from group classes to private, as well as individually tailored Pilates sessions.

How to prepare
Pilates builds strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine. The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique for a challenging and intense workout. Springs, leverage and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements targeting specific muscle groups. Using springs for resistance, there is no impact on joints making Reformer Pilates an option for everyone. *Please note class levels and prerequisites when booking classes

Marathon Pilates East Nashville is located in the heart of 5 Points, at 966 Main St. in Nashville, TN 37206. MP 12 South is located at 2907 12th Avenue S in historic 12 South. Free parking is offered at both locations in front of and behind the buildings.
