Best class I’ve taken in a while. Challenging, but adaptable to your fitness level. I like the small space and boutique feel. I’ll definitely be back!

Wow! This class CRUSHED!! I’m always a little hesitant to venture out to new studios/ workouts with little reviews but I’m so glad I did with Main Street Fitness. The East Side FINALLY has high intensity movement studio. I usually have to venture out of the neighborhood for this kind of workout. Hiep was so kind and helpful. I felt zero judgement and all sorts of encouragement. I’m no pro and needed a lot of hands on guidance and he was more than willing to show me what’s up. Definitely will be returning. My body needed a good shock from my routine and this class delivered.

This is one of my new favorite gyms. Hiep was so good about encouraging everyone in class, remembering everyone’s name. He was great with modification and the class was challenging but really good. I’m still sore two days later!

Loved this class!!! This is a new gym and was my first time attending but definitely won’t be my last! Hiep was so encouraging and engaged while instructing all of us. I’m still sore two days after but it’s a good sore! I would definitely recommend trying one of his classes out!!

This new gym is a great HIIT workout. The instructor was very hands on ensuring that my form was correct and encouraging to push yourself without injury. Definitely recommend

About this studio

Classes consist of multiple types of high intensity functional movement designed to improve speed and agility, make you stronger, and enhance overall levels of fitness. Every class you'll see things like sand bags, ropes, pull up bars, bikes, and plyo boxes that can be used creatively to make you stronger and more mobile. 615 712 8060

Come in 10 mins before your first class so we can get some information on fitness background. Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing and well supported shoes.

What is ClassPass?
