I enjoyed the repetitions of the sets, because that’s what promotes muscle growth. The instructor was great! At first I wondered if the workout would be too much of a beginner level vibe (based on foundations title), but this was definitely advanced-beginner or intermediate! Good challenge and good sweat sesh. Studio aesthetic is on point and the locker room and bathroom area is a nice touch especially if you need to freshen up after class.

Throughout the class he made sure I knew what I was doing and gave me pointers along the way. The atmosphere from the others in the class wasn’t quite as welcoming but Cody made it a very positive experience for me. The workout itself was challenging but can cater to your own fitness level. see all reviewsI absolutely loved this class! I’ve taken boxing classes at other studios around Nashville and the studio was by far my favorite. Anthony was a fantastic instructor. He had the perfect amount of energy to motivate people on an early Thursday morning. He was encouraging and he pushed us to do our best. The music was upbeat and Anthony did a great job, making sure the space was welcoming to people who had never boxed before. I appreciated that they explained all of the punches before the class. Even even though I’ve been to boxing classes before, nobody has actually explained the punches before. Overall, I had a great experience, and will definitely be coming back!

I know the vibe of a 6am class is always more in and out, people have to go to work or get their kids to school and I guess everyone’s vibe/ style is different, but I think I was a little surprised that I wasn’t asked how I enjoyed the class, can’t wait to see you again, etc. Guess it’s just different personalities and vibe but awesome workout overall :)

Eric was incredibly welcoming and was thorough in his teaching of the fundamentals. You could drop into this class as a first timer like I did and still feel completely comfortable. I appreciate that he took the class seriously yet was approachable. He gave instruction on anatomy and even provided individual attention, correcting our form (in a kind, not intimidating way). The live piano music was the icing on the cake! I will definitely be returning!

The front desk receptionist also made a fantastic impression, warmly greeting us as soon as we arrived.
