About this studio

KrankFit is a cycle and strength studio located in Nashville, TN with multiple classes to fit any schedule at all levels. Our cycle classes are 1hr or 50min, the 50min classes are called cycle-50. Our strength classes are 1hr or 45mins, Strength-45 indicates the 45min classes. A favorite workout at KrankFit is 30/30, pretty much the most efficient hour of your day, starting with 30 intense cardio in the cycle room and then out to the strength floor for 30 to end. All the instructors want you to walk out feeling successful and worked--please let us know if you need help setting up a bike, unsure of correct form, equipment on the strength floor or for anything! How to prepare

Shoes are included in price. We have towels. Water bottles, too, if you forget yours! Shower facilities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, blow dryers, and towels.

How to get there

Please arrive 15 minutes early if it's your first time! Correct bike set up and layout of the studio makes for the best first experience. We ride in the dark, so get here before we dim the lights and turn up the music!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
