About this studio

They offer fun, full-body workouts in a cute Victorian building in Midtown Sacramento! Don't let the outside of the building fool you- this is real fitness, for all bodies. And exceptional coaching. Friendly staff and members, small classes with experienced, certified trainers who truly care make this place special. Every workout is different, always fun, modifications offered, and all levels welcome. Sign up early as spots go fast. How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle and a towel and arrive 10 minutes before your first class to complete the health history form and waiver.

How to get there

This area of Midtown Sacramento has some free street parking and some metered parking, as well as an inexpensive parking lot really close. Read the signs when you park.

This class was a lot of fun! My friend and I had never been to a class like it, and the instructor and classmates did a great job of making sure we knew what to do.

The workout was decent, I felt like I pushed myself. The welcome was frosty, the instructor barely glanced up from his phone when I came in and then asked vague questions about whether I work out. I never got a brief introduction/explanation about the flow of the class (or even where to set up). When I sign up for a class setting, Im looking for a team to push each other; definitely did not get that. Some of the other clientele were outright rude and made comments about me to the instructor. Definitely not a good enough workout to justify going back to deal with that.

This class was so great!!! The regulars were all super welcoming and the instructor was awesome. It was an hour of circuit work outs, so you could tailor them to be as easy or hard as you want, but they definitely push you. Definitely recommend!!

This place was very welcoming. Marc was a wonderful instructor. He made sure I was doing the exercises correctly. The regulars were friendly and helpful. I would say I'm at the beginer level and I was able to keep up at my moderate pace. You can intensify the workouts with heavier weights and speed if you're more advanced. I'd take this class again.

I was in town on a business trip. Signed up based on the positive reviews and was not disappointed. Marc could not have been more welcoming. Hes personal, passionate, and professional. Class is held in a comfortable setting and the regulars are equally friendly. It was a challenging workout and Ill definitely sign up again when Im in Sacramento in the future.

What is ClassPass?
