About this studio

HaLe' offers holistic health care through self-care classes (like yoga), bodywork and massage, acupuncture, psychotherapy, and more. All of their classes are designed for students at all levels. The teachers are experts with modifications, so that the class fits your body instead of your body struggling to fit the class. Whether you are looking to begin a practice or deepen the practice you already have, HaLe' invites you to partner with them in caring for your body.

How to prepare

Students should bring an inquisitive mind and an open heart. HaLe' provides plenty of mats and props, though you are always welcome to bring your own!

How to get there

NOTE: If the outer building doors are ever locked when you get there, please go to the double doors in the front and knock, so someone can let you in! Parking: HaLe' is located in the large office building at the corner of 21st and Blair, across from the Kroger. The best parking is up the ramp between their building and the hardware store on 21st, with more parking available under the building off of Blair, or on the street. They are in Suite 105 in the front corner of the first floor.

What is ClassPass?
