It’s really personal trading at group prices. I’m going again Wednesday if I am not too sore. The other great thing is the time just flew by. Usually I’m always looking at my watch how much longer will I suffer. Cause of the crazy lights, or the instructor, it just flew by. Kinda disappointed when it was already over. Love GRIT.

I also appreciated how she went over to the newbies to welcome them at the beginning and even checked in during class. Made everyone feel welcome. It was a themed class so the playlist was great — but I’d definitely take another one of her classes.

This was one of the most amazing classes I’ve been to and I would go to any location just for this instructor and the playlists curated by them! If you’re a first-timer or in the beginning of getting into cycling I think this instructor would be such a great way to start because he had such radiating energy and a motivational spirit that was just right (not too low but not too cheesy either). So much fun and I can’t wait to go back again!

I’m not a runner and it was refreshing to not feel pressured to run fast! I love this studio location and the locker room is so clean and well organized.
