    The mix of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio will build your strength. This is a place where the coaches care about having good form so you don’t injure yourself. There’s no yelling or excessive cheering going on either if you’re not into that. It’s a laidback environment. I look forward to Saturday classes and Second Wind because I like the programming.

    Beautiful studio and lovely staff! Great class. Loved that the class size was so small and we got a lot of attention! There are other private sessions happening simultaneously in the other parts of the studio (layout is one big open floor plan) so if you are easily distracted, this might be overstimulating.
