About this studio

FUEL Cycle Fitness is an indoor cycling + boxing studio focused on offering the best classes with the best instructors and featuring a unique line-up of killer combo classes. FUEL is the home of the original Pedal + Punch class (30 mins of cycle + 30 mins of boxing). Other combo classes include: - Pedal + Pump - 30 mins of cycle + 30 mins of strength - Pedal + Pulse - 30 mins of cycle + 45 mins of a barre-like workout - Boxing + Bursts - a 30 min HIIT boxing fitness class - Boxing + Beats - our boxing-infused cardio and strength class Every class is structured to give you an intense workout and we focus on high-energy cardio and strength training with amazing instructors who provide one-on-one attention during every session. How to prepare

There is street parking available - free and metered (between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.). Please bring exercise clothes, a water bottle, and towel. For regular boxing classes (or any Punch option), you will need gloves and hand wraps. You may bring your own or you may rent our gloves for $2 and hand wraps are available for purchase for $7. For cycling, our bikes are equipped with (SPD) bike clips that will fit most cycling shoes. The bikes also have cages so you can wear your own sneakers if you don't have cycle shoes.

How to get there

You can find the studio on the Main Line at 53 Rittenhouse Place in Ardmore PA. Enter on the main floor to check in, then stay on the first floor to box or head upstairs to cycle...then we will get you #FUELEDUP! Street parking is available and there is some metered parking from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. (we have quarters if you need change!)

Sandy was AMAZING!! This was my first time and she did an excellent job setting me up on a bike. Her instruction during class was very clear and so motivating! The core portion was killer (barre like movements)...all in all such a great class! Studio was beautiful, too.

Intimate class setting was perfect for my first boxing class but prob would be more fun with a larger group. Instructor was helpful and taught to all levels. Great mix of cardio and strength. Def will go back to perfect my punches.

Class was awesome! Circuit style keeps you moving while also keeping you from getting burnt out or bored. Jeff was fantastic, showed me what I needed to know so I could keep up with the rest of the class and was attentive to each person and their needs as well as being motivating and upbeat. Will definitely return for more! Also as a beginner, get the hand wraps they offer, theyre only $7 and worth it if you want to really go hard and push yourselfif not youll end up hurting your knuckles!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.'
