About this studio

FUEL Cycle Fitness is an indoor cycling + boxing studio focused on offering the best classes with the best instructors and featuring a unique line-up of killer combo classes. FUEL is the home of the original Pedal + Punch class (30 mins of cycle + 30 mins of boxing). Other combo classes include: - Pedal + Pump - 30 mins of cycle + 30 mins of strength - Pedal + Pulse - 30 mins of cycle + 45 mins of a barre-like workout - Boxing + Bursts - a 30 min HIIT boxing fitness class - Boxing + Beats - our boxing-infused cardio and strength class Every class is structured to give you an intense workout and we focus on high-energy cardio and strength training with amazing instructors who provide one-on-one attention during every session. How to prepare

There is street parking available - free and metered (between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.). Please bring exercise clothes, a water bottle, and towel. For regular boxing classes (or any Punch option), you will need gloves and hand wraps. You may bring your own or you may rent our gloves for $2 and hand wraps are available for purchase for $7. For cycling, our bikes are equipped with (SPD) bike clips that will fit most cycling shoes. The bikes also have cages so you can wear your own sneakers if you don't have cycle shoes.

How to get there

You can find the studio on the Main Line at 53 Rittenhouse Place in Ardmore PA. Enter on the main floor to check in, then stay on the first floor to box or head upstairs to cycle...then we will get you #FUELEDUP! Street parking is available and there is some metered parking from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. (we have quarters if you need change!)

Full class with a lot of people, which at other studios often means chaos and lack of attention from the instructor. But Jeff and Jen did a great job of keeping the class organized and running smoothly and made sure no one got ignored.

Pedal + Punch with Anne
Two great workouts in one. The spinning is intense but over before you know it. The kickboxing is a great mix of technical work and cardio. Highly recommend.

Cycle + Circuit with Anne
Liked the variety and sequencing of the exercises, and also the playlist. The class ended up being only 40 minutes long though, when I expected it to be a full hour.

Hi! Thanks so much for the feedback. This class is about 42-45 minutes since it's broken into 4-minute segments. We have it listed as an hour class since there is usually some set-up and breakdown time in the beginning/end and it usually runs a bit over 45 minutes total. Appreciate the feedback though! What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
