About this studio

Freehouse Fitness Studio is a creator of new workouts and offers uniquely designed cardio + sculpting classes that will make you sweat, shake and smile. Featuring bungee bands, rebounders (trampolines) and reformers, they've got a variety of workouts that are crazy-effective and fun. Enjoy a well-rounded workout experience in a beautiful new studio space. If it's your first class at Freehouse, please be sure to arrive early [they can't allow late entry for first time clients] and let them know you are new!

How to prepare

What to know [visit their website for full details]: Arrive on time please! [if it's your first time taking a reformer or rebounder class they unfortunately can't allow late entry]. Grip socks are required for reformer classes and band/rebounder classes are bare feet. They have everything you need: lockers, showers, toiletries, towels and water/socks you can purchase.

How to get there

The studio is located on South Street, between 14th (Broad) & 15th street. The entrance is at street level, you can't miss it!

Warrior with Courtney
I really liked this class and Courtney was a great instructor! It was a relaxed class that also activated muscles I don’t typically work. My one caveat is that freehouse really needs better yoga mats. My hands and feet were slipping and sliding and it was tough to hold positions!

So happy to hear you enjoyed Courtney and our Warrior class! Thanks for coming! At this time, we don't provide yoga mats specifically for our Saturday Warrior class. Clients are welcome to use the Airex fitness mats that we have for our sculpting classes, or bring your own yoga mat as it's done at yoga studios :) Please feel free to reach out with any other questions!

Challenging and different for me, as a yoga teacher, but so much fun! Annette set me up with lots of support, letting me know exactly what to expect and was an amazing guide. She’s clearly very knowledgeable, knows her stuff and kept the energy high and fun the whole time! I will definitely be back.
Reformer Flex I, Cardio with Erica
This was my first reformer class at Freehouse and it exceeded all expectations! Erica was so helpful and clear with her cues and directions, which made the class easy to follow. Loved how the class was structured and how quickly the time seemed to fly by. This was definitely a challenge and I felt the shakes the entire time, but in the best way!

What is ClassPass?
