About this studio

Freehouse Fitness Studio is a creator of new workouts and offers uniquely designed cardio + sculpting classes that will make you sweat, shake and smile. Featuring bungee bands, rebounders (trampolines) and reformers, they've got a variety of workouts that are crazy-effective and fun. Enjoy a well-rounded workout experience in a beautiful new studio space. If it's your first class at Freehouse, please be sure to arrive early [they can't allow late entry for first time clients] and let them know you are new!

How to prepare

What to know [visit their website for full details]: Arrive on time please! [if it's your first time taking a reformer or rebounder class they unfortunately can't allow late entry]. Grip socks are required for reformer classes and band/rebounder classes are bare feet. They have everything you need: lockers, showers, toiletries, towels and water/socks you can purchase.

How to get there

The studio is located on South Street, between 14th (Broad) & 15th street. The entrance is at street level, you can't miss it!

T is hands on and thoughtful. Always makes good correction. Class moves quickly. Fun music.

Was described as a beginner class but none of the moves or basic forms were explained! Good workout but the class description makes it sound more geared for first timers

Hi there! Thanks for sharing your thoughts and would love more clarity on the explanations you were looking for! Bounce is designed more for first timers by having a slower jump tempo, more reps per jump (vs combos where the moves change quickly) and an introduction of jumping 'down' into the rebounder by bending at the hips and knees. Overall the actual jumps themselves are basic movements like jumping jacks, punches, high knees or jumping side to side with the instructor demonstrating each move, so we may not have additional detailed explanations beyond the demo due to the simplicity of the movements. But we certainly want to give our clients as much clarity as possible so please feel free to contact us to let us know what other details would have been helpful :)

Thanks for taking class with us and sharing your request for extra ab work! As we keep classes fresh with different moves every class, the exact mix of muscles worked will vary week to week but we encourage clients to let teachers know their favorites so we can customize classes accordingly when we see you on our roster. You can also take our class Absession for the extra concentrated ab work :)

What is ClassPass?
