About this studio

Freehouse Fitness Studio is a creator of new workouts and offers uniquely designed cardio + sculpting classes that will make you sweat, shake and smile. Featuring bungee bands, rebounders (trampolines) and reformers, they've got a variety of workouts that are crazy-effective and fun. Enjoy a well-rounded workout experience in a beautiful new studio space.

How to prepare

Grip socks are required for reformer classes (you can purchase a pair at the studio or bring your own) and band/rebounder classes are done in bare feet. They have lockers, cubbies, a water cooler and water bottles for purchase, and two (2) showers with toiletries and towel service for your convenience. You may also want to bring a small personal towel for sweat in their rebounding classes.

How to get there

The studio is located on South Street, between 14th (Broad) & 15th street. They are located at street level - you can't miss it!

My legs are strong but this class still makes them shake! Dana's classes are always killer and she never lets you coast for a second!

Full body interval training with very few breaks. Very challenging for beginners but still worth a try! Nice small class to keep you accountable to keep your body movin'.

This was an awesome class. Love the instructor and variety of moves. Can't wait to come back!

Response from the studio:
Thanks for the feedback and I wanted to reach out to say absolutely I would love to give more personal corrections in this class (as I'm known for being obsessive about it ;) The only obstacle is that the bars and the disc-balancing makes it hard to weave in-and-out to approach clients without disturbing people along the way so for this class I get really specific with my verbal corrections from the front of the room and you may notice I make eye contact with individual students throughout class to communicate personal corrections - so stay tuned to that and I suggest you take my bandit class whenever possible because that class layout makes it super easy for me to get to each client to improve their technique, and I do! Dana
