About this studio

Deena Prichard is the owner and head trainer for Fit3Fitness in Franklin, TN. Deena is passionate about health, which was initiated by the birth of her first child. Now, as a mother of three, she's more inspired to not only lead a healthy lifestyle as a role model for her family, but to also help the people in her area enhance their own fitness. Deena is a Certified Personal Trainer in Franklin who specializes in creative, challenging, and individualized workouts in small group settings. Mostly, she enjoys motivating individuals to reach their potential. With over 15 years in the fitness industry as a trainer and in management and marketing roles, Deena has designed the COMMIT. CONNECT. ACHIEVE method for ultimate results.

What is ClassPass?
