About this studio

FIT36® high intensity interval training (HIIT) is the next level in fitness – no traditional fitness plan can match the efficiency of this 36-minute workout. FIT36® run their 36-minute circuits for two weeks at a time. This quick muscle-memory plan allows your body to go from unable to able to expert on these movements in a two-week span, and once you’ve mastered them, the instructors shake up the circuit and start over again. Movements include everything from kettlebells to TRX and beyond, and are completed in intervals to build strength and improve athleticism. Heart rate monitors are available to keep you in the proper anaerobic zone throughout the workout, and you can track your performance on the big screen to monitor your progress and maximize your work out. Each FIT36® studio is independently owned and operated.

The class was great! No complaints there. However, 4 stars instead of 5 because the studio smells pretty bad. I'm sorry, I was debating leaving this review, but after attending for the second time and being reminded of the smell, I had to mention it. You'd think this is the norm in a hot pilates class, but it's actually not. Other studios I've been to don't smell this bad. Maybe it's the carpet idk. I wouldn't put carpet in a hot pilates/yoga studio. And this is also a personal preference..I am very particular about my environment. But if you're not sensitive to these kinds of things, like I am, then I definitely recommend this place, honestly.

Thank you for your feedback and we're glad you love the workouts we offer. I'm also sorry to hear that you find our studio's smell objectionable. I can assure you that we take pride in cleanliness. Our flooring is cleaned daily, deep cleaned weekly and steam cleaned monthly. Our floors are made of a rubber material to ensure the safety of our members. We also have new astro tuff installed for push sleds. The oder is normal and will fade over time. If weather permits, you may request our coaches to open up the two outside doors in our workout room allowing some fresh air to circulate. We hope to see you back soon. - FIT36 Folsom

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
