Great class. Challenging but staff is very helpful and motivating. Difficulty can be adjusted to accommodate current fitness level. If you want results - this class is definitely for you!

Strength training circuit workout. My class was really small (first time, so don't know the usual for the noon class) and the instructor paid attention and gave tips on how to improve! Which is great for even the more advanced. Good if you're looking for a medium - hard workout

I arrived to class eager. This was my second time in Fuse and the first went quite well. I met Erin, who was very polite and welcoming. I allowed myself to fall into a false sense of security. This was a mistake. Dont be fooled by her kind demeanor or charming smile... The first red flag was when she told me, welcome back, we have a great group of ladies in this class! I am 28-yr old male. A minor blow to the ego, but I decided to power through. The next 60 minutes was a grueling lesson in humility. I know not where the sweat stopped and the tears began. My ears were ringing. The trainers yells of encouragement may well have been derision mocking my weakness, nay, my very humanity. I cannot say. My vision blurred. Was this a 12kg kettlebell or a millstone tied around my neck as I drowned in the ocean of my own inadequacy. I lay motionless, praying she would think me dead and move on to her next victim. I seized my chance and snuck out to safety. 10/10 would go again

Super intense for this beginner, but McClain was awesome and super sweet and did not leave me behind at all! I would have felt very intimidated and put of my element if she hadn't been so super friendly and encouraging.

What is ClassPass?
