About this studio

Built on sweat. Fueled by heart. BPM Fitness is more than just a fitness studio. It’s about finding your rhythm, taking control, and living your best life. The BPM family works hard, sweats harder, and supports each other. BPM offers three class types: 45 min Cycle, 45 min Express Strength, and 60 min Hybrid Class (half cycling/half strength). The Full Body Burn and The Circuit Breaker incorporate all of their "toys": sandbags, slam balls, TRX Straps, and battle ropes. The Roots is rooted in TRX with the addition of dumbbells and slam balls. Please make sure to arrive no less than 15 minutes prior to the start of class. BPM wants to ensure you have the best experience possible and want time to give you the run down and proper fit for your bike!

How to prepare

Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Bikes are SPD clip compatible. Cycling shoes not provided but recommended if you have your own. Sneakers work too!

How to get there

BPM Fitness is located at 1808 Spring Garden St Philadelphia, PA. They are located just a few blocks away from the Broad Street Line and have a bike rack in studio. They are a few blocks away from Whole Foods and next door to CCP.

It was just an okay class....not bad, not good. I wasn't challenged...no modifications either. The instructor only spoke to me once so I was wasn't sure if I was doing it correctly. But she was nice and personable.

This class was awesome and very intense for only 50 mins!! I wish there was more stretching though - I definitely need to spend like 10-20 mins after on my own time, as all we did at the end was child’s pose and downward dog!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
