About this studio

Body Shot Boxing Club has 2 types of boxing classes (all coed): Boxing Fitness - Held 7 days a week 365 days a year. Boxing Fitness focuses on the basics: Jumping rope, Stairs, Foot Work drills, Heavy Bag work and mitt work. Fight Club: Held 2 days a week (Tuesday and Thursday 7-8pm). Fight Club is a more experienced boxing class: Mitt Work, Sparring and taught by BSBC fighters.

How to prepare

Please come 10 min before class. (sign a waiver) Please dress in workout clothing. (Clothing to sweat in) Bring a hand towel Please bring a bottle. (You can also purchase water) If you have any boxing gear you are welcome to bring it. (We do offer community gear)

How to get there

Please use the JEFFERSON street entrance (Door code: 1011) Our club is located on the 1st floor front. (Up the stairs to the LEFT) Our club is located near Chinatown (Redline STOP) or Archer and Halsted (Orange Line stops) Our club is 2 blocks EAST of Halsted street. (On the corner of Cermak & Jefferson)

What is ClassPass?
