Great class
H.E.A.T. Method Bootcamp with Markus
Beginner level boot camp class. No warm up or cool down and just felt mediocre. The HEAT class has a weird format; half the group works while the other half waits/recovers. Felt like you were being stared at by the half that’s waiting. Good variety of movements but I will not try again

Killer workout by Luke! He provided a great circuit training and was great about checking in with me to provide affirmation or correction. Fast moving and such a great use of an hour of butt kicking!

Definitely a beginners boot camp. It was good tho. I wish they would add more cardio stations into the circuit or lessened the down time on the Tabata drills.

I ended up getting a good workout, but it was a slow start and took a while to work up a sweat. The class felt disorganized - no warm up, no cool down, and a single board with instructions you couldn't really see from part of the class. Luke also stood off to the side the entire time and just yelled across the room - it would have been much more helpful if he walked around to actually show the correct form. Demoing with alternatives would have also been helpful. Lastly the transition time between exercises was 3 seconds, which was just not possible. Compared to other boot camp style workouts, they have some things to improve before I would return.

What is ClassPass?
