    Full Body - Lower Focus (60 Minutes)

    I was visiting NYC so I’ve never visited this location or taken a class with Casey before. But it was one of the best Barry’s classes I’ve ever taken. Casey’s instructions were very clear and demonstrated each move/exercise. The treadmill workouts were challenging. The floor exercises were lower body focused but we also had some upper body exercises in the mix as well. I highly recommend Casey’s classes to anyone who likes Barry’s Bootcamp.

    Best barre class I've ever taken. Tony's got great energy and very good at explaining things like "try to take the bounce out of the ball" so I know how to adjust and stabilize my core even more. We only worked with 2 and 3 lb weights but my body was screaming in pain- good pain cause I knew each movement was forcing me to work hard for it. Explanations always help me to understand movements better and I appreciate that he took the time to do this with every move. Thanks! I'll def be back :)

    Great class and workout, but you have to have some experience with these types of classes because there is no time for instructor to correct form or focus on anyone, since they are basically running two classes (floor/treadmill split).     After six months of being sedentary, I’m so glad I decided to jump back into wellness with this amazing studio. The space is small so be mindful of that if you are on the toll side but other than that, the class was amazing. Low-key enough for a beginner but challenging enough for a seasoned athlete. The instructor, Kim put me at ease and let us make some modifications and go at our own pace while allowing more experienced students to take on more advanced repetitions. This is a full body workout so come prepared to do Burpee‘s, crunches, lunches, and weights!

    I was the only person in the class for the day, and the instructor was great about correcting my form to make sure I was doing everything properly. It was a great workout and really hard. You will definitely get a great sweat! Each card suit was a different exercise - 2 lower body and 2 upper body. The number on the card was the number of reps. The instructor pulls 4 cards each round, one from each suit. I didn’t make it through the whole deck by myself but I got pretty far.

    This class is an amazing find! Denise is a great MELT instructor—knowledgeable, thorough, caring. I have no idea how MELT works, but it’s an incredibly powerful tool for fixing body imbalances. After taking the class yesterday, I slept through the night without any of the painful knee locking that’s mysteriously popped up lately. It’s hard to find MELT sessions in NYC, so I’m grateful that BeFit is offering this one on ClassPass.

    Amazing full body workout! My legs feel like jello lol. The trainer, Corbin, has such positive & uplifting energy! The music selection really helped keep my energy up too - which was necessary because the workout was definitely challenging. There were people of all levels in this class and Corbin made sure each workout was appropriate & challenging for everybody. Nice studio, good size, with lots of mirrors so you can see what you’re doing. Definitely would recommend this class!
