    Hurray for finally being in a class where the demoing before each circuit didn't slow us down! Skylar was descriptive, yet quick to show us the moves at each station & provided us with an awesomely exhausting workout including a huge range of exercises, involving med ball, box, KB, row, TRX.     Best barre class I've ever taken. Tony's got great energy and very good at explaining things like "try to take the bounce out of the ball" so I know how to adjust and stabilize my core even more. We only worked with 2 and 3 lb weights but my body was screaming in pain- good pain cause I knew each movement was forcing me to work hard for it. Explanations always help me to understand movements better and I appreciate that he took the time to do this with every move. Thanks! I'll def be back :)

    Grace was excellent - good cues and explanation of poses without overdoing it. Smart sequencing too, just a thoughtful instructor. FYI the space is tiny so come close to class start (no lobby) and there are mirrors in the studio but it's easy to avoid being distracted by them. Also there is very little flow, this is really a yin class ending with yoga nidra with a standard class warm up.

    Great class and workout, but you have to have some experience with these types of classes because there is no time for instructor to correct form or focus on anyone, since they are basically running two classes (floor/treadmill split).     Chic, clean studio. Conscientious and friendly instructor. Workout was very efficient and surprisingly challenging. Great location and workout length for pairing with a run in the park. I ran to class, did the workout, and ran home for a perfect blend of cardio and strength training. Only thing Id suggest is curating a more fun/motivational playlist to support the intensity of the workout. I use music as a mental crutch and had a hard time maintaining my effort with the mellow songs that were on in the background.

    This class is an amazing find! Denise is a great MELT instructor—knowledgeable, thorough, caring. I have no idea how MELT works, but it’s an incredibly powerful tool for fixing body imbalances. After taking the class yesterday, I slept through the night without any of the painful knee locking that’s mysteriously popped up lately. It’s hard to find MELT sessions in NYC, so I’m grateful that BeFit is offering this one on ClassPass.

    Amazing full body workout! My legs feel like jello lol. The trainer, Corbin, has such positive & uplifting energy! The music selection really helped keep my energy up too - which was necessary because the workout was definitely challenging. There were people of all levels in this class and Corbin made sure each workout was appropriate & challenging for everybody. Nice studio, good size, with lots of mirrors so you can see what you’re doing. Definitely would recommend this class!
