see all reviewsBlake is a very kind, caring, and joyful instructor. I really enjoyed his compassion by asking about modifications/injuries before class began and his gratitude at end of class. I like that the class is smaller and more intimate. I do wish, however, that some of the poses were more slower in pace - just to keep up with the breathing. Overall, I enjoyed it and will be back.
