To answer her question about the modified squats we did today, I’d say yes! Bring on all variations of squats! Anything to improve my strength, posture, and balance is welcome!

see all reviewsThis class was intense and challenging, even as a consistent pilates attendant. Courtney was very descriptive and made accommodating modifications for each pose. She also checked in with each of us individually after class which I greatly appreciated. High recommended this class and her specifically.

see all reviewsThe studio is small and intimate, as are the classes, which I love. Brandon is very friendly, kind, and thoughtful — in general but especially when it comes to the instruction. They also offer personal training at the studio. The space is not wheelchair or disability friendly since there’s steps to go up and down the 2-floor studio, FYI. I will definitely be going back though, since I had such a great experience, and recommending it to my neighbors and friends in Harlem.

I have never learned so much about the history of shoes, walking and how our Western culture plays a role in our chronic pain and immobility. I was completely intrigued and challenged in the best way. I will recommend this class! Thanks Barry. See you again!

see all reviewsGood gym, reasonable credit price. They will make you wait until 15 min for your slot (but this is in their description, so that’s fair). Overall lots of equipment but busy location and you may have to work in with people if you need specific equipment. Number of lockers also limited and need to bring your own lock.
