It was my first Rumble class but Moise was such a great instructor. He was so encouraging and helped me so much with my form and was encouraging everyone by name. Highly recommend taking his class!

    HTD Boxing Training Camp

What an intense workout while learning how to box. My initial thoughts walking into H.T.D. Boxing gym are as follows: 1. Very scenic atmosphere with a legendary boxer I personally admire, Mike Tyson. 2. Equipment stocked and ready for usage. 3. Medium to dim lighting upon walk in. This is excellent as it helps promotes alertness and cognitive performance. This type of lighting mimics natural daylight, helping to regulate our circadian rhythm and keeping us awake and attentive. 4. Spacious floor layout for training 5. Water fountain and clean bathroom for breaks and replenishment. 6. Motivational trainer and supportive staff members 7. Intense training but paced. All these things play a part in an atmosphere tailored to your personal needs and goals. We worked on abs, cardio, strength training and last but not least specific techniques for beginners and experienced individuals to learn the art and strategy of boxing. When it comes to training it takes a strategic, emotionally intelligent and disciplined instructor who is serious about their craft to help you meet your goals. I highly recommend this location and trainer for your boxing 101 needs! Be patient and stay focused. Cheers to becoming the best version of you!

    Kickboxing Level 1 (Only)

I like that it was a small class. The instructor can give me more attention and he did since I was a newbie. It was a fun class. I would go back. I do wish they had showers though and that the lockers actually work.

I’m so glad to discover a boxing gym in the neighborhood. I don’t know why UWS has not had more boxing options. Nuno was amazing! I highly recommend it if you want a seriously tough workout. He was very patient with teaching me the combos and correcting my form.

    Bunny Hill Beginners

Barry is a well of knowledge and an awesome instructor. I have never learned so much about the history of shoes, walking and how our Western culture plays a role in our chronic pain and immobility. I was completely intrigued and challenged in the best way. I will recommend this class! Thanks Barry. See you again!

    Gym Time

Good gym, reasonable credit price. They will make you wait until 15 min for your slot (but this is in their description, so that’s fair). Overall lots of equipment but busy location and you may have to work in with people if you need specific equipment. Number of lockers also limited and need to bring your own lock.
