Fine cardio workout , low impact, rowing gentle on my delicate knees, extra bonus functions as a stretching class for lots of tight muscles with some weight work included. instructor Brandon was precise in his instructions while keeping a lively, encouraging pace.     The training session was wonderful! First, Danny was extremely attentive and took time to explain, demonstrate and observe each exercise to ensure proper form. Second, the work out was dynamic and included the combination of strength, mobility, and cardio. Third, I appreciate the deep attentative to injuries. Modifications were provided with care, which honestly is far too often, not case in so many places. I’m excited to come back and would STRONGLY recommend. I think they do an excellent job providing tailored workouts to folks across the level of fitness and ability.
