see all reviewsLoved this class. Mark has such an awesome welcoming style. Temperature was just right. For those who are not familiar, OG hot yoga is different than what many people are used to with flows and sun, salutations, etc. there are a specific set of poses and you get into them and hold them. I feel amazing afterwards. Will definitely be back!

see all reviewsI was worried that this class would be too hard coming from a yoga background and recently not having worked out much. I really felt challenged, but not defeated. We worked hard and the music was great. I liked the teacher. Great experience.

She also checked in with each of us individually after class which I greatly appreciated. High recommended this class and her specifically.

see all reviewsSuch a kind instructor!! She explained things well. Classroom was hot (but not like make you pass out hot). I wish the matts weren’t as close together because it felt super cramped. Studio doesn’t have a lot of fancy frills, but it doesn’t need to. Good studio, good teacher, nice people working the front desk, cold towels at the end, solid class. I’d go back (if membership wasn’t so expensive🥹).

I feel like it’s hard to find classes that are challenging at the right level and his class is the right level for my skills. Hands down the best yoga instructor at this studio!

see all reviewsGreat class! Shannon was very savvy and helped us navigate the NYC marathon by changing the meeting point to somewhere really spectacular, the castle. Her communication was very clear and she personally followed up to make sure I got her message about the location change, which I really appreciated. This was my first class with this group; but I’ll definitely be back for more.

see all reviewsIt was a very peaceful and pleasant experience and Michelle is awesome. If i were to nit pick based on my personal preferences, I would have liked to hold the poses a bit longer (which would give the opportunity to zone out with the sound bath a bit more). It was a very relaxing class- a great way to calm your nerves if you’ve been stressed.

see all reviewsA very challenging barre class, but the instructor gives clear cues and helpful corrections! One thing to keep in mind is for early classes before 10, the spa is not open yet, meaning the locker room probably won’t be open. When I was there for a 7 am, a nice employee they let us in to change, but the towels were not out yet for the showers.

see all reviewsLoved loved loved boogie but the front desk clerk needs to understand that just because we schedule through class doesn’t mean we get to be treated any different. The gentleman threatened to not check me in to class simply because we arrived 30 minutes to our appt and asked to use the bathroom to change into our workout clothes without rushing. boogie was simply amazing 5 stars for her

Overall lots of equipment but busy location and you may have to work in with people if you need specific equipment. Number of lockers also limited and need to bring your own lock.
