Janet is the BEST! Her class is challenging (probably one of the toughest instructors in the city) but boy is it worth the burn. Her transitions are seamless - and there is no rest time inbetween. The playlist is always upbeat and high energy — just like Janet. Highly recommend. #classpassinsider

Found my fave instructor here! Eric has great energy and struck the perfect balance of goofy and serious. This class always starts out deceptively easy but I’m usually heaving by the end. Also, the studio staff are very thoughtful and keep the place running very smoothly in between classes.

Great class with a motivating, fun, and upbeat playlist. Lots of running and sprinting in todays class, followed by variations of squats and killer booty band workouts. Expect the class to be half running/half floor.

My first time! I really like the set up of this class. I am not a good runner by any stretch but I could definitely keep up the pace. Will definitely be back, wish it was a bit less credit-wise but overall awesome experience. Staff was super nice, immaculate studio.

Regular class attendees seem pleased to have Kimber as a long term sub. It was my first time in the class. Challenging, for sure, but Kimber offered modifications and the class size was small enough that she could keep an eye on everyone’s form and make recommendations.

This class really humbled me. All the shaking and burning hurt so good and 3 days later, I’m still sore in the muscles I didn’t know existed. And Micaela has the best energy and is so on point with cueing to keep you motivated and going for that extra transition. Can’t wait to be back!

I always like crunch classes if you have a couple extra credits because the people are so nice and the atmosphere is casual. The instructor was really clear and easy to follow along with. This is a great low impact class if you’re in need of something lighter. A heads up, it’s only 30 minutes though if that matters to you.

I’m a trainer, and I found this class a really good check up for anyone on kettlebell form. Was worried it could be too introductory - and it was def not. Challenging in a good way - def more strength than cardio.

    Diesel

Perfect mix of bodyweight cardio and weights. Format is kind of organized chaos, but it’s usually something like 2-3 weighted moves and 1 cardio move as a set, done three times before moving onto another set. Instructor has great energy and gives individual attention in a big class and had a fun playlist.

    HIIT: Strength & Conditioning

Kojo is the best! Expect an intense and borderline soul sucking strength training class with plenty of timed lifting intervals used for a variety of lower and upper body moves such as racked squats, lunges, deadlifts, swings, sumos, gorilla rows, push presses, renegade rows, high pulls & plank work. He also tends to toss in a conditioning section with plyometric work, plus an AMRAP, then finishing with core. Please have both lifting and KB knowledge before coming because this is absolutely not a beginner class. You will sweat buckets, get breathless, work all of the muscle groups to fatigue, and you’ll be toasted by the end of the hour. I never miss a Wednesday!

Bruno was an awesome coach-so nice, explained each exercise clearly, and adjusted our form. It was challenging but fun. Suzanne was extremely knowledgeable and kind and gentle. She focused on her students’ form and made sure we all were aware of what we were doing, what muscles or body parts we were targeting and most importantly, that we had good form during each exercise. I loved the space, the energy in the space was calm with a light and positive energy flowing throughout the space from the other instructors and students in the space. A perfect space for those just getting back into their practice or the more advanced student ❤️

Great strength training class. feeling sore. wish it had more cardio, but the instructor did explain to me it would not. that said, still left with an elevated heart rate and a good Fitbit calorie burn. plus, with strength training, I probably burned a lot of calories after the fact as strength training tends to do.
