For those who are not familiar, OG hot yoga is different than what many people are used to with flows and sun, salutations, etc. there are a specific set of poses and you get into them and hold them. I feel amazing afterwards. Will definitely be back!

Loved the playlist too - it really helped you push when you couldn't take anymore...which was often 😂 This class is brutal! But that's what Physique 57 is. I honestly think it's one of the hardest workouts out there. I'm anticipated being sore for a few days to come...the good sore. Will be back for her class again soon!

Strength focused gyms scare the sh*t out of me, especially when there’s a vibe of repeat clients and potential cliques. Everyone from the front desk to the gym space was incredibly welcoming. Even the seasoned pros were encouraging. Erica knew everyone’s name even if it was their first time. It felt like such a safe and individualized experience. I got form correction and encouragement every step of the way! I would recommend this to anyone who has never lifted a weight to my gym rat friends. Incredible!

I’m fairly new to Pilates so Beverly was helping me with form and explaining some of the movements. She was patient & didn’t make me feel bad if I struggled. Would definitely recommend her class.
