    I cannot say enough amazing things about not only this class but Erica specifically is the reason I will be coming back. Strength focused gyms scare the sh*t out of me, especially when there’s a vibe of repeat clients and potential cliques. Everyone from the front desk to the gym space was incredibly welcoming. Even the seasoned pros were encouraging. Erica knew everyone’s name even if it was their first time. It felt like such a safe and individualized experience. I got form correction and encouragement every step of the way! I would recommend this to anyone who has never lifted a weight to my gym rat friends. Incredible!

    Easily my best class on ClassPass by far! This was my first time playing with the rings, but I felt 100% confident and welcome with Conrad’s instruction. He’s super nice, chill, and very professional. He gave a lot of personalized feedback throughout the class, which was super helpful. Calisthenics is so fun, and seeing others in the class crushing it was just inspiring. I had a blast, definitely coming back! :)

    It was a very peaceful and pleasant experience and Michelle is awesome. If i were to nit pick based on my personal preferences, I would have liked to hold the poses a bit longer (which would give the opportunity to zone out with the sound bath a bit more).
