    This was my first Barrys Bootcamp class and WOW it was amazing. I was very intimidated beforehand and didnt know if I could hang. The people who go to these classes are also very fit and snobby but everyone is so into themselves that they dont even look at you. Gui and the entire staff were very helpful. Gui explained everything beforehand and regularly checked in on the first-timers. The most difficult and rewarding workout EVER. Cant wait to go back and take Guis classes again and again.

    This is probably the best class I'm taking at Barry's... and I go few times a week. I can't get enough of it! Only one I actually look forward to there.     Great class! My only issue was the employee talking before class to another employee about Boston Marathon and asked if her friend was running for charity or a "real" runner. FYI- I've qualified both ways, 8 times. and was ALWAYS a real runner. That's just an aside, and not a huge issue, but it rubbed me the wrong way.

    I thought Matt W. was outstanding. He started class by announcing that there would be three rounds: 8 minutes, 10 minutes and 6 minutes. He explained everything clearly and gave lots of demos. He was helpful - setting up bands and putting them away. He was encouraging and corrected form. And his runs were challenging but within reason. THANK YOU! Really wonderful class.

    This is the best class there. The other classes feel like to are just paying for a treadmill. This is mostly running but then a good about the if kettlebell however I do wish there was a bit more encouragement and push in class but that’s just the inner me wanting a boot camp type class .

    Great music and awesome instructors. Appreciate the nice blend of cardio and strength, alternating throughout the hour so that you switch up which muscles are being pushed to their edge. I really dislike running, but the stints are short enough that it's easy to push through whichever part is your least favorite. You set your own pace, while still being coached and encouraged to really challenge yourself. And I feel great afterwards!

    This was the best Barry's class I've been to. I REALLY liked the format of eight-minute treadmill intervals, each consisting of two-minute runs spaced out by recovery walks. That felt much more reasonable and attainable than the classes that involve 21-minute treadmill intervals, where it's so long that you just know it's impossible and don't try as hard. Also Allie's floor work was easy to understand and she gave the most individual attention I've had at Barry's - including pushing me to hit my fastest sprint pace (three times)!

    Kelly is a great instructor, super motivating and high energy. The tread part is a killer. Warnings: the workout is intense, definitely not recommended for people new to fitness. Not much demonstrations on the moves, or modifications. Everyone seems to know the sequence of the moves, and no real hands-on corrections on the forms. So if are not confident on your forms, this is not the place to start.

    I really liked this instructor for 3 reason. 1) he actually explained how to do the floor exercises so that people wouldnt hurt themselves, 2) he had the fans on a lot during the class (this actually makes us work harder bc we dont feel like we are going to pass out!     This studio and class was amazing. I am not a cardio lover and feel down on myself when I leave any sort of running class. This was a way different experience. I ran like a turtle in peanut butter, and the best runners in the class told me I did a great job. The coaches encouraged me and were very positive. They assisted me when I needed it but gave me space to go at my own speed. I LOVED that they didnt tell us what speed to go at. If you are a marathon runner next to someone who never runs, it should be personalized. They told us how me should feel instead. I felt so welcome by the staff and members of the studio. The facility is amazing, has a great locker room, huge boutique, and great location. Woohoo to finding the only cardio class I have ever liked and felt comfortable in.

    Great class! It was my first time and I would recommend it, even if you are a bit nervous about the boot camp style--you can control your own treadmill and can go at your own pace if you have to.     This is a very hard workout. On the treadmill then on the floor and back on the treadmill and keep repeating for one hour. Martin is a very energetic teacher. It is free validated parking in the back. They offer lockers and towels but make sure to bring water.

    LOVED this class - thank you, Dorian! He genuinely sounds like hes having fun and its contagious. No Sanskrit in this class (which appeals to me very much). Felt great after class: so many interesting sequences and I feel like I worked every muscle. Thoughtful, clear, helpful instructions and adjustments. Will be back ASAP!
