How to prepare

For all of our classes, please wear proper gym attire and bring a water bottle. We have towels. If you have any questions about anything, email drb@athleticoutcomes.com For AO Recovery Lounge, you'll sit in a cold tub for 10 min and then lay in compression boots for 30-45 min. So, bring clean clothes for the tub as well as for the recovery boots. If you come during classes, music will be on. We have 3 showers. AO Fit Classes are programmed differently everyday. Check out AthleticOutcomes on instagram to see the weekly schedule.

How to get there

Pull into the Capital One driveway and keep driving until you see a large grey building. AO is unit 50. You can also turn onto Willow Creek from E. Riverside drive and take your next left into AO’s parking lot.

Intense! I am hooked. This class is tough and you will be pushed but its manageable in that you can adapt it to fit your level.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
