Each instructor brings their own unique energy to the classes, from boxing to conditioning and strength training. Vlad, Jae, and Nancy are all incredibly knowledgeable and make sure every workout is challenging yet fun, incorporating jump rope, boxing drills, and plenty of good vibes. Especially cues like how much weight should be in each leg for certain punches and how close or far back I need to be from the bag. Such a good full body class my shoulders are on 🔥! Spraying paper towels after each station didn't get the job done or feel sanitary. Everyone was scrambling to grab the same spray bottles and didn't feel efficient or clean. Plenty of free street parking around the area and there is free 2 hour lot called Coral parking too. Class itself is a great workout. The reviewers are not kidding when they say the music is loud so wear the earplugs they provide. Mason had great energy but wish he walked around the room checking on people more - there was a girl who clearly was extremely lost and I stepped in to help after the second round because I could tell she didn’t understand the punches.

The one thing that is a serious safety hazard is that a lot of new people do their boxers sit-ups far outside of their circle, and they run the risk of getting hurt by the people around them. It also risks hurting those of us who are inside the circle. There should be an announcement made in the beginning of class that this is where you should be seated for these. I almost hurt someone just because she was almost a full foot above her designated space. I hope this is fixed soon because this has been pretty consistent over the last few months but wasn’t a problem before.

Megan who works at the front desk was helping me set up and do the warm up. She was such a gem in getting me comfortable and helping me out. Zalie emphasized how important it is to warm up, and I love that! At first I was so confused about the routine but once you start doing it, it’s really organized. I loved how she spent time with each student. She corrected my form but at the same time she was relatable and laughed along with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The community here is so supportive and everyone was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back even though I live quite far away!
