see all reviewsGreat instructor, with a solid intermediate flow style. Favorite things: 1. She eases into the practice with a gentle warm-up and long cool down, 2. There is some free time to practice any poses you want, and 3. The transitions between poses are good and intuitive. Only thing I didn’t like (most teachers at Black Swan do this) are when the nicely paced initial flow sequences speed up into breath to movement fast paced flows—they are too fast for most of us to do the poses correctly.

I take restore classes all over the country every time I travel and I still think this is the very best restore class at this particular studio. It is extremely relaxing and a great mindfulness practice to add to your routine. Thank you Gerilynn & HYE 💜

see all reviewsThis class is more than just practice; it’s a healing experience. Nikki is incredible, with an emphasis on breath-to-movement and keeping yogis focused on every subtle shift, guiding them to make adjustments. Unlike other studios, where they let the sequence flow and leave it up to the room to complete, often without much recollection, here you're fully engaged.

see all reviewsI’ve been to several yoga studios and often left disappointed with the so-called “yin” classes, which ended up being intense and not what I needed. Then I found Christine! Her class was a breath of fresh air—gentle, nurturing, and exactly what my body craved. You can truly feel the difference when a teacher has proper training, and Christine’s expertise shines through in every pose. I felt so connected and at peace during her class. She has a beautiful way of guiding and supporting each student, and I can’t recommend her enough!

see all reviewsLove coming to this breathwork class. If you’re new and on the fence, just try it. It might be a little weird at first because it is a small group where everyone seems to already know eachother and banter a lot (some do some don’t). Also, you’re breathing loudly in a group setting so it may feel distracting and hard to focus at first, but that’s the point is to practice being present despite the distractions!
