see all reviewsPardis is hands down my favorite reformer instructor at Women's Fitness. She takes the time to clearly explain each movement and emphasizes proper form, which helps prevent injuries—something I’ve noticed isn’t always a priority with other instructors at this gym. She also has a great understanding of spring tension, striking the perfect balance between challenge and control. Unlike some instructors who just default to the heaviest springs, she adjusts them thoughtfully to suit the workout. It’s this attention to detail that keeps me coming back to her classes.

see all reviewsI love her classes so much and wish there was more of it. I do also wish that the girl in the class who was on her phone the entire time at least had enough common sense and courtesy to put her phone on silence so anytime she got a text the whole back of the class wasn’t alerted. The studio should crack down harder on those who don’t silence their phones.

see all reviewsI have now been to the studio and for Sam’s classes for a few months and it’s helping me get back in shape after an injury and not actively exercising for a while. What I really like is that in addition to core strengthening which is typical for Pilates, there is focus on glutes, arms and legs, which I feel is giving me more strength and stability through all muscle groups. I also like that the classes are typically not over full and Sam takes the time to walk around the class helping make adjustments to posture and giving helpful feedback. Additionally, not being a morning person, I love the class at 10 AM which for me still leaves enough of the day to do other things but it’s not a super early morning wake up.

see all reviewsClass itself was great! Good and fun flow that kept building. I appreciated that they tried to make it full service with mats laid out, but I was glad I brought my own. These were NOT yoga mats but Pilates mats, and many attendees were slipping and sliding and could not balance. I overheard someone say they had an ankle injury. Well, these mats will definitely cause joint pain, as soft squishy mats are not meant for yoga.

see all reviewsThis class is a bit more advanced than beginners/ intro but that’s only because many former dances join but don’t let that stop you! The instructor is phenomenal! She’s patient but she challenges you, she provides instructions and guidance but at a step back that makes you feel active in your learning. 6 weeks in and I see noticeable improvement. She’s also cognizant of injuries. Definitely worth attending!

see all reviewsThe class was amazing!! I love that they are body positive and inclusive. As someone who’s done a lot of HIIT, spin, and personal training, I can tell you it is a TOUGH full body strength workout and cardio!! There were squats, lunges, bicycles, leg raises, pushups, and more. I did have an issue with how loud the mic was as my ears started ringing, but the management was amazing and said they would stock and provide earplugs by next week! This class one of the instructors lent me her earplugs and that was perfect for me. Overall, loved the class and I’ll be back! Great energy from everyone there.

Half the class, including myself, were beginners, and she made sure that we were comfortable and would ensure that we were doing the moves correctly. In addition to that, the studio was very clean and provided a yoga mat, along with a towel and spray for cleaning. The studio seemed to be loved by regulars, which is encouraging.

I must say the warm up was a killer, too much cardio for me but I suppose it was necessary. The instructor and the other more advanced students were very patient while I take lots of time to grasp some of the most basic concepts. And probably screamed too much. I am very surprised that so much was taught in the first class and I even got to scale a wall (how to come down was a diff story 😱) overall I enjoyed this class and am gonna find more time to come as much as I can!
