    BODYPUMP™

    My first class at this studio - and my first BodyPump class in probably about 14 years! The structure hasn’t really changed so I felt comfortable, and enjoyed the energy of the class. I also made sure to arrive 10-15 mins early to acquaint myself with the studio and get properly set up. Friendly tip for other newbies - you’ll be setting yourself up for success in this class if you arrive nice & early :)

    Pilates Reformer Grooves

    I really enjoy this instructor; she is not only beautiful but also very attentive and corrects your movements. However, the atmosphere in the studio is not good. There are three personal training sessions and two group classes happening simultaneously in the same space, which makes it very noisy and difficult to focus. It’s hard to tell whether your instructor is speaking or if it's someone else nearby. That said, this is one of the few Pilates studios in the area, so I hope they can find ways to improve the environment in the future.

    Really enjoyed this class! Stacy was welcoming, helpful and encouraging from helping newbies get set up to motivating rowers by name throughout the workout. I liked the balance of time on the rowing machine vs. the mat, and appreciated the team goals. It was cool all working together as a crew.

    First of all my fave Pilates studio in Seattle! I’ve been taking the beginner classes for a few months and just did this beg/int for the first time. She was a great instructor and I definitely feel comfortable taking it again. Lots of great feedback that I understood well and actually improved my movements/posture. Smaller classes too which helps to keep more of a focus on individuals!

I appreciated how interactive the class was and how she used knowledge of who’s newer to correct poor form in a friendly/professional manner and presented alternative positions for those with past injuries.     Jackie is such a fun instructor! And she did a great job helping me modify for an injury. Personally I would prefer if more of the class was stretching (it was about 10 mins stretch after 35 mins warm-up/HIIT) but I really enjoyed it and will likely take it again soon.

    I recently attended Sarita’s hot fast and furious fusion class and was impressed. The high-energy environment, combined with elements of yoga, barre, and weightlifting, made for a comprehensive workout that left me feeling both challenged and invigorated.     This was my second class at Club Pilates at this location. (This was my 3rd Pilates class of all time, with one experience at a different studio.) I’m noticing one thing I like about CP is the reformer is more comfortable for my feet. There’s a lot more padding. As for the class, I felt I got some good stretches in and the other girls who attended had a good vibe.
