see all reviewsJennifer walked me through all the steps and worked hard to make me feel comfortable. She is very organized, thoughtful, and thorough, and obviously loves and takes pride in her work. She has some steps ahead of time and if you've never been before, make sure you read any additional instructions about when to arrive, how to prepare, etc. This helps make sure you get all your allotted time. Will definitely be back again.

see all reviewsI loved this Body Pump class with Sarith! I really liked the pace of the class, the music and the energy in the room. I got a good sweat and felt like I lifted a good amount of weight! You can control how heavy or light you want to go with the weights. This is one of the few strength-focused classes on Class Pass and I really appreciate being able to go.

see all reviewsThe actual instructor was late, but another instructor took over the warm-up in their place. The warm-up felt thorough and engaging, and once the appropriate instructor showed up, we went straight into the choreography. The teacher did a great job breaking down the steps/moves and checking in to see how everyone was doing. The class was full but comfortable with enough space to move. It was held in the Armory, and I parked in a residential area that has free parking about a ten-minute walk from the building, near Rabbit Rabbit. I did feel slightly out of place (i.e., like a dinosaur lol) as it felt like all of the students were college age. However, I enjoyed the class and recommend it!
