Johanna is great, definitely recommend for newer pilates peeps like myself. She breaks down the movements and gives helpful tips along the way on how to adjust your body for optimal muscle targeting.

Hats off to Noelle - she taught a great class with a mask (harder than it looks). I appreciated how she continually acknowledged folks at home and those in-studio. I agree with other comments: Noelle has a lovely energy!

Finally. I’ve been taking barre3 clases across the country thanks to the pandemic and have been incredibly disappointed with how easy they’ve been. This one was a lot of cardio and appropriately challenging. More barre3 teachers should make use of sliders!

    Y3 Shred ODESZA

Love these shred classes! Working out in an infrared room guarantees a major sweat sesh! Just a minor suggestion: if there’s time ahead of the class, maybe the studio can set up each assigned station with the items that will be used during the class (aside from weights which the students can grab themselves since those will vary by person) such as: the bands, balls and sliders if they are going to be used in that session.

The best!! This was my first studio visit in 6 months because of Covid and it was so fun. We’re outside and spread apart, so felt super safe. My face hurts from smiling so much, and I’m sure my core and legs will be hurting so good as well. Loved this class.

    ROOSEVELT In-studio (60-minutes)

Crystal is one of my favorite instructors. One thing I especially appreciate is that when giving more difficult modifications she'll often say "but that's too much for me" or "I choose not to take this modification". In doing that she demonstrates how self awareness and self care go hand in hand.
