I LOVED my first class at Limber Yoga! I am still new to yoga so I tried the Friday morning Beginner class first. Aubrey was so welcoming and provided clear instructions plus throughout the class encouraged us to listen to our bodies. You didn’t feel pressured into certain movements and many modifications were available. Very spacious with lots of plants and natural light which made the class so peaceful and freeing. I can’t wait to try more classes!

    Rise & Grind

I don’t think there’s a way for class passers to enter this gym in the morning since the front desk isn’t staffed before 9a, but I just waited outside in the cold until a nice member let me in. Then, I had no clue where to go. But I saw the instructor walk in (I saw his picture with name on the wall so knew it was him) and followed. The room for rise and grind is to the left. The gym is basic. The actual class was good. We did 4 x 10 of shoulder press & lateral raise, then 4x10 of RDL & rows, then squats & overhead triceps and core. I could have done a similar workout as open gym but really did appreciate the instructor’s personal attention and feedback. He called the group out a bit on the core section and made us repeat some reps - I love that kind of accountability and thought it pushed me harder, but I’ve read enough ClassPass reviews to know some people get really sensitive with that.

    Soothing Nights

street parking was not difficult, and instructions to enter a secure building for the class were very clear. the space was clean and comfortable with plenty of equipment and props. this class was a nice way to wrap up a weekend and get ready for a good night’s rest before the start of a new week. hannah prepared candles and blankets for us, which i greatly appreciate! i felt safe to follow hannah’s instructions, which were easy to understand and also allowed freedom of movement, and i felt that i got both my mind and body stretched and massaged. the yoga nidra at the end was also very lovely. i drifted right into that space of consciousness between wake and sleep.
