    Gorgeous studio space—quite the retreat. My first class at this student and the instructor was super upbeat and personable. I’d say the class itself was a mix of vinyasa flows with a song of cardio moves (similar to what you might do during a cardio section of a CorePower Yoga Sculpt class). Parking is tricky, but neighborhoods and side streets should be okay (1 hour parking). I live in the valley but if I’m ever over the hill I’d definitely sign up again

    This was my first experience with Body by Simone. The class was tough but the moves switch up frequently enough to make it manageable. Averie was such a welcoming and encouraging teacher, which really helped me get through the class. I wouldn’t call this class beginner friendly, but I’m definitely not the fittest person and I had a great time. I would love to make Averie’s class part of my weekly routine!

    This is a great class- fast pace, very solid trainers, but most importantly, I appreciate the music they play. It’s awesome and keeps me coming back. I go to allllll the hiit/bootcamp classes in the area and they typically play offensive, obnoxious rap music - it’s so distracting. Circuit works plays upbeat, house music that enhances the work out and doesn’t detract. Also, it’s an expansive and clean studio space with friendly staff. Definitely check them out
