I’d say the class itself was a mix of vinyasa flows with a song of cardio moves (similar to what you might do during a cardio section of a CorePower Yoga Sculpt class). Parking is tricky, but neighborhoods and side streets should be okay (1 hour parking). I live in the valley but if I’m ever over the hill I’d definitely sign up again

Averie was such a welcoming and encouraging teacher, which really helped me get through the class. I go to allllll the hiit/bootcamp classes in the area and they typically play offensive, obnoxious rap music - it’s so distracting.
